Meet Euniqua Wade
Euniqua Wade is the Founder and Executive Director of Foster Her Crown®. Drawing from lived experience in foster care and years of leadership in education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship, she founded the organization to create pathways where healing, cultural heritage, and economic opportunity intersect. Her work is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to meaningful education, sustainable careers, and the opportunity to build generational prosperity.
