Euniqua Wade is the Founder and Executive Director of Foster Her Crown®. Drawing from lived experience in foster care and years of leadership in education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship, she founded the organization to create pathways where healing, cultural heritage, and economic opportunity intersect.

Her work is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to meaningful education, sustainable careers, and the opportunity to build generational prosperity. What began as a personal survival skill became a professional practice — and that practice became the foundation for a broader model of healing-centered workforce development.

Today, Euniqua leads Foster Her Crown® in serving foster-impacted youth, survivors, and underserved communities through trauma-informed programs that combine education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and restorative support. Her leadership is informed by experience, strengthened by community partnership, and driven by a vision of expanding opportunity for children, youth, young adults, and the communities they belong to.

She envisions a community where every person who connects with Foster Her Crown® feels seen, valued, and capable of building a life defined by possibility — moving from surviving, to sustaining, to succeeding.
