Brady Futures
Brady Futures was born from a question we kept hearing from young people: "What do I do next?" Many of them were aging out of systems, bouncing between schools, or carrying trauma that made planning for the future feel impossible.
In Brady Futures, we slow that moment down. We sit beside youth as mentors, not judges, and help them map out real career pathways they can see themselves in. One young participant came to us unsure of her next step; by the end of the program, she had a resume, interview practice, a plan to pursue beauty-based work, and the confidence to say her goals out loud.
Through hands-on skill-building, career exposure, and consistent check-ins, participants learn how to show up on time, communicate with employers, and turn their natural talents into income. Brady Futures is where youth learn that stability is not a dream reserved for other people; with guidance, resources, and community, it is something they can build, one step at a time.
